Burnt Mill x Bruery Terreux | Twin Oaks (Pedro Ximenez)

In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy Grinkey. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put to rest in Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrels. The barrels were innoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in a Pedro Ximenez sherry barrel. The final beer is well rounded with smooth vanilla notes, a distinct apple fruitiness and a clean finish.
